Using of Re-Port can be explained as follows: 

1. By www.re-port.in we can enter in the Re-Port site's Home Page. 
2. Before Login in the main site we have to Register our self by by generating Password which can be obtained by filling a simple format with mandatory field Like Name , email address and password. 
3.  By Login in the site we have to select segment among Turnkey, Developer and Resale By     selecting any one we have to select one between Wind Project, Solar Projects and other power projects.
4.  We have to choose the project from our selected field which suits our requirement we can buy the Basic report of that particular project/Sate. We can also buy the vetted report if it it available for the project.
5.  Whenever Seller decide to host its project,seller has to submit the relevant document which are get verified / scrutinized by the CECL's Engineers , if required CECL will send the engineer to project site to verify the document. In this case seller will be one but buyers can be more. After verifying the document/Site CECL engineers gives the ranking of the project in 5 different field and project get hosted in the Re-Port Site.
6.  RE-PORT may also be helpful for financing companies who wants to finance in Renewable Energy projects. They directly contact the investors who want to buy the RE projects through RE-PORT. CECL will provide the technical assistance to the financing companies as Lender’s engineers.
7.  Buyer / Seller can use CECL's expertise to generate Vetted Report on demand with very     nominal cost.
8.  As soon as you purchase the Basic Report Re-Port Team will inform/communicate to the seller with the information available regarding Buyer of that Project. Same will be informed
